Tamales are more than a delicious meal, they are part of the holiday tradition in this part of the country.
I was gifted a Bobby Flay Cookbook for Christmas, and when artist Doug Ricketts and his wife Cathy, joined me for New Year's, we put Bobby's tamale recipes to the test.
